The 50th annual Governor's Cup Regatta, the largest sailing event in the region, will be held on Stockton Lake September 13-15, according to Rear Commodore of the Stockton Yacht Club Barry Nelson of Kansas City. Events begin at 3:30 p.m. Friday and close at 5:50 p.m. Sunday.
