The Stockton Trail Initiative Coalition’s (STIC) final event of the year at Old Mill/Aubree’s Trail drew more than 300 participants of all ages.

The event featured vendors, concessions, a photo booth and 14 stations along the trail showcasing stories of creatures and cryptids.

The local organization and its members are dedicated to maintaining area trails and preserving the natural beauty of Stockton State Park.

Throughout the nine-hike series, 25 participants completed at least seven hikes. Eight winners received Amazon gift cards during a prize drawing at the final event.

STIC will hold its annual Crabtree Quarry Loop Cleanup on Dec. 5.
