The Vernon County Sheriff's Department has charged Bradley Keith with 2nd-degree murder, armed criminal action, and unlawful possession of a firearm stemming from the case in Cedar County where Keith and two others allegedly burned the body of Shaniya S. Haynes, 27, formerly of Joplin. Keith is in Cedar County jail, facing charges of tampering with physical evidence and abandonment of a corpse. A Cedar County arrest report lists Keith as from El Dorado, but some reports have said he was homeless. Jimi C. Cole, 44, of Stockton, and Brandon Choate, 44, face the Cedar County charges of tampering with physical evidence and abandonment of a corpse.
