Harold Wagner, 100, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2019. He was a much-loved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He was affectionately called “Popo” by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Jim was born March 19, 1936, in Tulare, California, to Jess and Norene (Bentley) Kimbro, and passed away on Dec. 4, 2019, in Stockton, Missouri at the age of 83.

E. Jeanne Williamson was born July 3, 1929 and passed away Saturday, Nov. 30, 2019. She was born in Boonville, Missouri to Ellis and Velma (Routon) Harris.

Riley “Dub” Graves, 81, passed away on November 26, 2019, following a hard fought battle of ongoing health issues with his beloved dog, Sport, by his side at the family farm. He was a loving husband, dad, papa, brother, uncle, cousin and friend to anyone he met. 

After a hard-fought battle with pancreatic cancer, Stephen Marlo Brody, Rockaway Beach, passed away Nov. 30, 2019, while in hospice care. He went peacefully with his loved ones by his side.


Carl Edward Long, 70, Montevallo, passed away at home the morning of Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019.

Richard "Eugene" Johnson, 71, went home with his savior, Jesus Christ, on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019, surrounded by his loving family after battling a long illness.

Raymond Glenn “Scotty” Scott passed away on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2019. Ray was born on Dec. 15, 1939, in Jefferson City, to Ray and Ialeen (Fischer) Scott who preceded him in death.

Helen Hembree Dunn went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Oct. 13, 2019, at age 85. She died peacefully in her sleep at her son's home in Benicia, California following a long and valiant fight against lung cancer.

Alma N. Dixon, 90, Independence, passed away at her home Oct. 6, 2019.

George Ramirez, 93, passed away September 28, 2019, surrounded by his family. He was born in Utopia, Kansas, on January 17, 1926, to George P. and Soledad Ramirez. Theirs was a large and loving family, with 10 children, rich family traditions and many shared memories.

Dean “Leon” Dwerlkotte passed away in his home surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday Sept. 24, 2019, at the age of 65 years, 3 months.

Dr. William A. “Bill” Huseman, 67, passed away Monday, Sept. 9, at his home in El Dorado Springs.

Charles Edward “Ed” Morlan, 78, El Dorado Springs, passed away Thursday, September 12, 2019. Ed was born April 23, 1941, in Cedar County, to Lucious Alfred “Frog” and Ardath Marion (McWilliams) Morlan, on the Ed and Leattie McWilliams farm east of Filley.
