Dear Editor,

We are so grateful for all of the support and donations we have received. We certainly appreciate the $2,000 donation given to the Pantry from Tri-Lakes Aerie Eagles #4279 from El Dorado Springs via their benefit auction. Thank you so much for your generosity, we appreciate you so much. Thank you to Woods Supermarket, Stockton, for the twice-weekly donations of food. To all the staff at Woods, thank you, you are all a great bunch of people to work with. Thank you as well to the Cedar County Republican for promoting the Business-to-Business Food Challenge, special thanks to Miles Brite. We are so thankful to all the businesses who participate and your generosity is truly appreciated. Thank you to the Stockton Post Office for participating in the recent Stamp Out Hunger food drive. Thank you to all employees who gave extra time and effort in collecting the food on their routes and also delivering all 1,700 pounds to the SAMA food pantry. Most of all we want to thank all those in the community who participated by donating non-perishable food items. Thank you to each and every person, family and organization who has brought non-perishable donations and money to the pantry — every donation is important and appreciated.
We want the whole community to understand your generous giving enables us to provide so much towards the needs of many families in our area from Jerico Springs, Stockton, Humansville and Fair Play who live in the Stockton school district. Many of our families express sincere appreciation for what we are able to supply and they don't know what they would do if it wasn't for ALL of your generous acts of giving.

Manager, SAMA Food Pantry
