For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Jessika Rosenberg, single woman dated June 22, 2018 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Christian County, Missouri as Book 2018 at Page 8086 modified by Loan Modification Agreement recorded August 19, 2021 in Book 2021 at Page 15143 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 1:45 PM), at the South Front Door of the Court House, City of Ozark, County of Christian, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Christian County, State of Missouri, to wit:
