# 14 Pump Lowering
The City of Ozark Public Works Department is soliciting Sealed Bids for lowering Well pump #14, 63 feet. Sealed bids labeled "Sealed Bids" "2024 Ozark Water Well #14 pump lowering" will be accepted until 2:00 P.M., April 11, 2024. A Public Bid opening shall be held at that date and time at the Ozark City Hall, 205 N. 1st St., in Ozark, Missouri. The City retains the right to reject any and all bids. If a bid is selected, the awarded party shall be required to enter into a contract with the City; said contract in substantially in that form as the draft contract available along with the entire specification on the City of Ozark website at: www.ozarkmissouri.com.
