For default in the payment of debt secured by a Deed of Trust executed by Christina Cokley, dated July 7, 2023 recorded in Book 2023 Page 7365 in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Christian, Missouri, at Ozark, the undersigned Brian K. Asberry, Successor Trustee, will on June 14, 2024 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., commencing at 1:00 p.m. at the South Front Door of the Christian County Courthouse, Ozark, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the following described real property located in Christian County, Missouri:
