The Cedar County Commission met September 28, 2026. Present: Kenneth Thornton; Presiding Commissioner; Ted Anderson, Southern Commissioner, Ron Alumbaugh, Northern Commissioner, Peggy Kenney, Training Advisor; Carla Lowe, Treasurer.

Minutes from September 21, 2026, were approved and signed

Lisa Nelson, Collector presented court orders 124467-124475 for the matter of adjusting tax books

Leah Morton presented report for September 22-September 28, 2026

James McCrary, Sheriff presented weekly report

Signed right of way certification for BRO-R020(001)

Property presented by CCMH was deemed as surplus property

Bills and payroll were approved and signed

Met with DJ Ford, Road & Bridge Supervisor

It was reported that 650 rd northwest of Caplinger was in need of repair; it was determined the road lies within Caplinger Special Road District

It was reported 125 rd between 1424 rd & 1450 rd was in need of repair

Signed Measle Vaccination Response Grant for Cedar County Health Department

At 3:00pm Motion by Alumbaugh to enter closed session pursuant to RSMO 610.021(1); Second by Anderson

At 3:50pm Re-entered Open Session
