It was 22 years in the making as the Stockton Tigers clinched at least a share of the Southwest Conference championship with a strong outing at Ash Grove last Friday, ending conference play with a 7-1 record and a 16-8 record on the season. Newcomer Skyline has one conference game remaining as they currently hold a 6-1 record in conference play. Should Skyline defeat Ash Grove, they and Stockton would be co-conference champions. Should Skyline fall to the Pirates, Stockton would be the sole conference winner.
