A significant discussion involving two residents of Valley Lane Street in the Cassell addition of Stockton and a representative of Wanda Cassell over an unfilled mowing issued by the city last year led to the Stockton Board of Aldermen going into closed session for a decision at the regularly scheduled meeting in city hall Monday night. After the closed session, Mayor Brandon Cahill said, "The city is continuing their rescinding of the variance based on the evidence provided. The city as a whole is looking into a city-wide agricultural variance."
