Brandon Huckaby, 35, El Dorado Springs, was arrested Sunday, June 1, by a St. Clair County deputy on a Bates County warrant charging him with failure to yield to an emergency vehicle sounding and displaying red and blue lights (class A misdemeanor), exceeding the posted speed limit by 11-15 mph (class C misdemeanor) and failure to drive on right half of the roadway when the roadway was of sufficient width, resulting in an accident (class C misdemeanor). Total bond is set at $3,500 cash or surety.

The original charges stem from an investigation by the Bates County sheriff’s office in January 2019.
