For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Brendan Schuetze, a married man, and Carole Mendenhall, his wife dated August 31, 2018 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Webster County, Missouri in Book 2018, Page 4135 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 3:45 PM), at the East Front Door of the Court House, City of Marshfield, County of Webster, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Webster County, State of Missouri, to wit:
A PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 1/4) OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 1/4) OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 30, RANGE 18, DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT A POINT 165 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER THEREOF, AND RUNNING THENCE NORTH 264 FEET; THENCE WEST 165 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 264 FEET, THENCE EAST 165 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, EXCEPT FOR ANY PART TAKEN OR USED FOR ROAD OR HIGHWAY PURPOSES, WEBSTER COUNTY, MISSOURI.
