NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
BE IT KNOWN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Marshfield, Missouri, upon the application of Jeff and Sherrie Hall for an accessory building variance to rebuild an existing garage on the existing foundation which is located closer to the street than the residence per Section 410.010 of the Marshfield Municipal Code.

Said property location is 937 N. Marshall St., Marshfield, MO 65706. Legal Description as follows:
PART OF THE WEST HALF OF LOT ONE (1) OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 30, RANGE 18 ALL IN THE CITY OF MARSHFIELD, WEBSTER COUNTY, MISSOURI.

Said hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m. October 18, 2023, in Council Chambers at Marshfield City Hall at 798 S. Marshall St. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
