NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
BE IT KNOWN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Marshfield, Missouri, upon the application of Kyle Spencer, for a vacation of Plainvue Avenue lying East and West between Ash Street on the East and Church Street on the West and vacation of a portion of Ash Street lying North of Plainvue Ave North to Oak Spring Addition.
Said Public Hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission will be held at 6:30 p.m. on October 17, 2023, in the Council Chambers at Marshfield City Hall at 798 S. Marshall St. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
