NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
BE IT KNOWN that a public hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Marshfield, Missouri, upon the application of Cutting Edge Contracting, LLC seeking to change the zoning from R-1 Single-Family Residence District to R-3 Multiple-Family Residence District in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 430 of the Marshfield Municipal Code. The property sought to be rezoned is Parcel: 06-8.0-33-000-000-029.000.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter lying South and East of I-44 all in Section 33, Township 31, Range 18 in the City of Marshfield, Webster County, Missouri.

Containing 16.02 acres of land.

Said hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m. October 17, 2023, in Council Chambers at Marshfield City Hall at 798 S. Marshall St.. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
