Last Friday, the Tigers traveled to Springfield to take on the Springfield Central Bulldogs. Despite being a Class 5 school, the Bulldogs have struggled on the gridiron in recent years. As Central celebrated their 100th homecoming, the Tigers hoped to keep their win streak alive. Stockton started slow with penalties hampering the offense, but the defense played well throughout the night, holding the Bulldogs to a single score. After halftime, the Tigers found their momentum and pulled away to a lopsided victory, 34-7.
