Mr. Spencer, 64, Stockton, died Monday, Jan. 1. He was born in Humansville to Junior and Maralyn Spencer.
He lived most of his life in Cedar County, attended Stockton Grade School and graduated from Stockton High School in 1971. After leaving high school, he moved to Kansas City, and eventually returned to Stockton and the surrounding area.
He worked several places, including Hammons walnut factory, Pennington Seed and Walmart.
Survivors include two sons, Billy Spencer and Lori of Bolivar and Lance Spencer of Jefferson City; a brother, Ricky Spencer and Goldie of Jefferson City; a niece, Amber Moore and Jared of Jefferson City; a nephew, Zachary Spencer and Addie of Jefferson City; five grandchildren, Joshua Spencer of Bolivar, Charles Spencer of Joplin and Elijah, Gideon and Xander Spencer of Bolivar; and two great-nieces, Millie and Ila Spencer of Jefferson City.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Junior and Maralyn Spencer; two grandchildren, Justice and Jakobe Spencer; and a niece, Summer Schulte.
