Willow Rouge Dodge Angell, 8, Stockton, was born in Utah and died Sunday, Nov. 26, at her home.
She was in second grade at Stockton R-I Elementary School in Stockton.
Survivors include her father, Lee James Angell; mother, Shanna Lyn Blackmore; a sister, Phoenix McKyla Angell; and many other family and friends.
