Mr. Suter, 52, died Monday, Nov. 27, in Halltown, after a battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born in Los Angeles, California.
While born in California, he returned to the Missouri Ozarks as a toddler and called it home all of his life. He was a long-time resident of Fair Play and Stockton areas, and worked as a mechanic at Nelson’s Auto Service in Fair Play until his illness.
In the 1980s, he proudly served his country in the United States Army.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, playing shuffleboard and watching Kansas City Chiefs football. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew him.
Tommy’s family wishes to thank the wonderful people of the Fair Play area for the love and support shown to him, especially during these last few difficult months.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society.
