ELEANOR C. FOX

Service: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 30, Crawford-Marshall Funeral Chapel, Sidney, Iowa. Burial: Sidney, Iowa Cemetery. Mrs. Fox, 90, Sidney, Iowa, formerly of Stockton, died Saturday at Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs, Iowa, following a brief illness. She was born in Syracuse, Neb., to Thomas William and Esther Lucenda (Walker) Dryden.

She married Robert William Fox July 16, 1944, in Hamburg, Iowa, and they later remarried Dec. 9, 1989 in Oklahoma.

Survivors include a daughter, Teresa Dills Custer and husband Doug of Stockton; two sons, Michael Fox and wife Marilyn of Sidney, Iowa, and Craig Fox of Stockton; a son-in-law, Jerry Holt and wife Karen of Sidney; 16 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren; a brother, Joy Dryden and wife Joanne of Omaha, Neb.; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert William Fox; a daughter, Charlene Faye Holt; a sister, Annabelle Yeske; and a son-in-law, Jim Dills.

Services were at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 30, at Crawford-Marshall Funeral Chapel, Sidney, Iowa, with burial following in Sidney Cemetery.
