Dee Wayne Patrick, 76, of Stockton, passed away Sunday, Feb. 1, 2016. Dee was born in Billings, Montana June 8, 1939 to his parents, Norma and Ellis Patrick. He lived most of his life in Kansas City, before moving to Stockton in 1998. He retired as a captain on the Kansas City Fire Department after almost 33 years of service, where he was affectionately known by his peers as Captain Blue Jeans. He was also a U.S. Navy veteran, who enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and riding four-wheelers with his family.
Dee was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Joyce; and his parents and grandparents.
He is survived by his sons, Steve, Shawn and Ronnie Patrick; his granddaughter, Allyshia Davidson; his great-grandson, Braelyn; his brothers, David and Dennis Patrick; and many other beloved family members and friends.
