Mr. Goodman, 87, Caplinger Mills, died Friday, March 9, at the VA Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born in Topeka, Kansas. Upon his high school graduation, he joined the U.S. Air Force and served during the Korean War.
He married his beloved wife of 60 years, Barbara Ann Brubeck, Dec. 4, 1954 in Lawrence, Kansas.
He was a member of the Nazarene and Methodist churches. He was an active member of the American Legion and Stockton Historical Society.
Survivors include a son, Brad Goodman and wife Braxie Lynn; two daughters, Lila Speck and husband Steve and Dianna Goodman; grandchildren, Jennifer, Christina, Brandi, Jessica, Amber, Crystal and Cody; and great-grandchildren, Ian, Carson, Parker, Michael, Harmony, Bryden, Anna and Audree.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Goodman.
