Visitation: 5-7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, Konantz Warden Funeral Chapel, Lamar. Service: 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Lamar. Mrs. Weber, 89, Lamar, died Monday. She arrived from Ireland in a U.S. Army troop carrier in 1946 as a war bride with her 18-month-old child. She arrived in Cedar County in 1951 where she lived until her retirement in 2002, and then made her home in Lamar.

Survivors include her children, Roy, John, William, Linda and Donna; 25 grandchildren; and 44 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Weber Sr. and several brothers and sisters.
