Mrs. Elliston, 76, Caplinger Mills, died Friday Jan. 5, at Cox South Hospital, Springfield. She was born to Henry and May Madelyn Turner in Grain Valley.
She grew up and graduated from Grain Valley where she met and later married Curtis Elliston July 11, 1960. Three sons were born of the union. In 1969, the family moved to Caplinger Mills.
Survivors include a brother, Ren Turner; and three sons, Steve and Cindy of Greenfield, James and Cathy of Stockton and Daniel and Kim of Caplinger Mills; 16 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Elliston; parents, Henry Turner and Mary Madelyn; and her siblings, Frances, Martha and Ray.
