Angela and Friends, a southwest Missouri-based ventriloquist act, will perform at 2 p.m. Monday, April 30, at the Stockton branch of the Cedar County Library, and 4:30 p.m. the same day at the El Dorado Springs branch. Admission is free, and the public is invited.
