ZONING DISTRICT CHANGE

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 6:00 P.M., on May 9th, 2024 the Bolivar Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a meeting in the Board of Aldermen meeting room, City Hall, Bolivar, Missouri, to consider the following application:
Zoning change from "R-4" Multiple Family Dwelling District to "R-3-P" Two Family Dwelling Planned Development District for the properties described as:
A parcel of land within Lot 2 in Block 1 in Hendrickson's Addition to Bolivar, Missouri.
Property is generally located at 1023 and 1027 S Pike Ave in Bolivar, Missouri and is owned by Stellar Property Co LLC.
As provided in the zoning regulations of Bolivar, Missouri, the above proposed zoning change will be discussed and considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission on the date, time and location as stated above. All Persons interested in this matter will have an opportunity to be heard at that time concerning their views and wishes. Owners of property inside of or within one hundred eighty-five (185) feet distant from the boundaries of the district proposed to be changed as described above may protest the proposed change pursuant to Section 89.060, RSMo. Such owners will have three (3) working days after the Planning and Zoning Commission makes its recommendation regarding the requested rezoning to protest. Protest petitions are available in the office of the Zoning Administrator.
If special assistance is required, please notify the office of the City Clerk at least twenty-four (24) hours before the day of the public hearing.
