TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AND ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 6:00 P.M., on May 9th, 2024, the Bolivar Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a meeting in the Board of Aldermen meeting room, City Hall, Bolivar, Missouri, to consider the following application:
A proposed Final Plat of Stonebridge Estates North, Phase I. The property is zoned "R-2" Single-Family Dwelling District. The tract of land is generally located at the end of East Walnut Street. The request is being made by Thane and Suzanne Kifer.
As provided in the Zoning Regulations of Bolivar, Missouri, the above-proposed Final Plat will be discussed and considered by the Planning Commission. All persons interested in said matter will be heard at this time concerning their views and wishes.
If special assistance is required, please notify the office of the City Clerk at least 24 hours before the day of the public hearing.
